DNS Outage
In the last hour, one of our service providers experienced an outage which affected our DNS servers. The issue is now resolved and we don’t expect any more problems.

In order to complete an update, a reboot is required. We expect around 10-15 minutes of downtime. Thank you for your patience. UPDATE: Reboot complete, downtime was less than expected.
UPDATE: The hard drive has now been replaced and the server reinstalled. All services are now back to normal, apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
Due to the server becoming unresponsive, we are rebooting it now. Customers may experience a 5-10 minute outage and servers will be brought back online shortly.
