Network outage

One of our providers is currently experiencing a major outage which is affecting some customers. They are currently working on the issue and we hope to see service back to normal shortly. s16 hardware issue [RESOLVED]

It appears that the OS reinstall hasn’t fixed the original problem that we were experiencing with s16 so a hard drive replacement has been arranged. Network provider – major outage [RESOLVED]

One of our network providers is currently experiencing a major network outage which appears to be affecting all servers based in Europe.
