DNS Outage
ByadminIn the last hour, one of our service providers experienced an outage which affected our DNS servers. The issue is now resolved and we don’t expect any more problems. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

Network outage
ByadminOne of our providers is currently experiencing a major outage which is affecting some customers. They are currently working on the issue and we hope to see service back to normal shortly. UPATE: Services are now back online and functioning correctly. If you still have any problems with your server then contact the support desk….
s33 hard drive update
ByadminThe hard drive has been replaced and the system reinstalled. Your server will come back online in the next 15 minutes, if it doesn’t then please start it via your user area.
Server reboot
ByadminDue to the server becoming unresponsive, it has been rebooted. Streams should come back online in 15-20 minutes. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Network provider – major outage [RESOLVED]
ByadminOne of our network providers is currently experiencing a major network outage which appears to be affecting all servers based in Europe.
