Due to faulty hardware, the server S30 is due to be replaced in the next 2 days or so. This will mean a change of IP address. In the last hour, one of our service providers experienced an outage which affected our DNS servers. The issue is now resolved and we don’t expect any more problems. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
We are currently experiencing a network issue which is affecting the following servers: s30 [RESOLVED] s35 [RESOLVED] s36 [RESOLVED] s37 [RESOLVED] Our network provider is currently working to resume service as soon as possible. There is no need to open a support ticket to report this. Thank you for your patience.
