It appears that the OS reinstall hasn’t fixed the original problem that we were experiencing with s16 so a hard drive replacement has been arranged. Due to a fault on the server which is preventing streams from starting, it requires a reboot. We expect service to be back in 10-15 minutes. Thank you for your patience.
In the last hour, one of our service providers experienced an outage which affected our DNS servers. The issue is now resolved and we don’t expect any more problems. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
