DNS Outage

In the last hour, one of our service providers experienced an outage which affected our DNS servers. The issue is now resolved and we don’t expect any more problems. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
Server reinstall – s34

Network outage

One of our providers is currently experiencing a major outage which is affecting some customers. They are currently working on the issue and we hope to see service back to normal shortly. UPATE: Services are now back online and functioning correctly. If you still have any problems with your server then contact the support desk….
Server reboot

The server is currently not running efficiently so a reboot will be carried out shortly. We expect downtime to be around 10 minutes.
